If an InventoryPrinter announces itself supporting TEXT, it will not be called
when the client requests JSON output (through the Web Console proxy
registration).
I propose to extend JSON output to such that when JSON is requested and the
printer only supports TEXT the plain text is wrapped in JSON as follows:
