Fix Version/s: ipojo-runtime-1.10
Until Factory services are all exposed independently of their private/public
attribute, details about state and internals of the factories are still hidden
for private factories.
Until that moment, the commands can only additionaly show private and unbound
factories
Fixed in trunk
