I want to provide a way to decorate annotation in order to express that they
are bound to a handler.
This will be cleaner than relying on a naming convention (package name
containing 'ipojo' or 'handler').
Along with this change, we can introduce a flag in our manipulator frontends to
deactivate custom annotation processing (that's probably better than an @Ignore
annotation)
