The provided service handler description (ProvidedServiceDescription) allows to
retrieve some useful info about the provided service, but the service factory
policy and/or the creation strategy are hidden.
It would be nice to access both of these properties :
- the policy : SINGLETON_STRATEGY, SERVICE_STRATEGY, STATIC_STRATEGY or
INSTANCE_STRATEGY
- the CreationStrategy implementation class.
