"Gogo" (no camel case) isn't dead, it is fine. There just didn't seem to be
much reason to spec it, since everyone was using this implementation.
As for your suggested change, it depends on if people think it is worthwhile to
have a separate method or if get(null) is sufficient. I don't have a strong
opinion on it.
