the HTTP Service Jetty embedds a jetty server but does not export the api of
jetty itself. So it is impossible to use e.g. Jetty GZIP filter without
embedding another version of jetty.
To improve this, the bundle can exporrt tje jetty bundles and import them with
resolution=optional so it would even be possible to provide a never/patched
jetty version to the bundle.
