iPOJO always throw an Exception about already used generated instance name when
we create 2 instances from 2 different factories that have the same name. This
can happen if you have private factories for example, and iPOJO doesn't
complain when factory name is not unique.
This is probably a regression introduced during the NameGenerator refactoring
(my bad).
