In the current HTTP service logs, Jetty reports itself as {{7.x.y-SNAPSHOT}},
which is confusing, as people might think it uses an non-released version of
Jetty.
The originating cause is that Jetty uses its Manifest for its version report,
but those headers are lost when Jetty is embedded in the HTTP service.
