Summary: [Core R5] Support BundleContext and Framework adaptations

When running the Felix core through the R5 OSGi CT I noticed that two types of
adapt() arguments were not yet supported:
* BundleContext.class
* Framework.class
This causes the following CT failures:
BundleAdaptTests.testBundleContextAdapt()
BundleAdaptTests.testFrameworktAdapt()
