Attachment: collisionhook.patch
The attached collisionhook.patch file implements the Bundle Collision Hook
functionality.
It also implements the functionality for the org.osgi.framework.bsnversion
framework property (FELIX-4082) as these are closely related.
It fixes the OSGi CT failure BundleHookTests.testCollisionHook() but since
there is a bit more to it than that CT test exercises I also added a separate
unit test to cover it a bit better
