The following tests of the framework security CT were failing because of this
issue: in
org.osgi.test.cases.framework.secure.junit.adaptions.BundleAdaptTests:
testAdaptAccessControlContextWithPermission()
testAccessControlContextPermissionCheck()
testAccessControlContext()
Carsten, I have run the framework security CT with your patch and can see that
the above three tests now pass.
