J.W. Janssen resolved FELIX-3780.

Resolution: Fixed
Felix DeploymentAdmin now also is registered as ManagedService with PID
"org.apache.felix.deploymentadmin". It accepts a string/boolean value with the
key "stopUnaffectedBundle".
The old way of configuration using system properties remains working as well.
