Thanks for your patch, Simone. I've applied it with a minor change: I removed
the AsyncListenerManager a AsyncListeners are not registered through the
whiteboard. In fact these listeners will never be OSGi services and therefore
we don't have to take care of them. We clarified RFC 189 about this just
yesterday :)
