ok ! the post made by Sahoo helped me a lot and I released the OBR. I also updated the site; but now I still have to update Jira before sending an announcement ...
unfortunately, when clicking on https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/project/ViewProject.jspa?pid=12310100, I'm getting an error: "You cannot edit the configuration of this project."
