I'm providing an initial patch for {{ServletContextHelper}} support, touching
only the {{whiteboard}} module so far.
A registered {{ServletContextHelper}} is wrapped in an {{HttpContext}} and
registered in the {{HttpContextManager}} in a separate namespace. Basic
functional test added in {{ExtendedManagerTest}}.
