The BundleProtectionDomain should support a CodeSource with a proper URLHandler
that can be used to get a connection to the JAR file a class is loaded from.
Use Case:
In combination with JCE the JceSecurity implementation tries to open a
URLConnection to the location of the CodeSource. This is necessary for JAR
signature check used with strong encryption and for example bouncycastle as JCE
provider.
