I've re-deployed the handler on
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/felix/org.apache.felix.ipojo.handler.transaction-handler-project/1.5.0-SNAPSHOT/
We should cut a release because the handler is working (and I use it).
