Careful !

AFAICT there are users of the WebConsole bound to 1.4 due to Java ME. We have 
discussed going Java 5 with WebConsole before and we went to great work to 
stick with Java 1.4 for that exact reason.

This issue might be smaller going forward, but I would expect it to take some 
time until Java 1.4 is reasonably replaced by Java 8 minimum.
