Summary: SCR Felix4188Test fails when run with framework 4.4.1 or

By default the SCR tests are run with Felix 4.0.2. When using a newer framework
implementation (e.g. 4.4.1 or 4.6.0) the following failure starts appearing.
BTW I didn't try it with any framework earlier than 4.4.1, so this failure
might have been introduced before this version.
The test fails as follows:
