Maven artifacts can be relocated by changing it's group id, this is normally
done for cleaning up purposes. When an artifact's group id is changed, the
baseline goal will no longer work as it couldn't find the previous jar to be
compared against.
Attached is the simple patch to support comparing jar from a different group id.
P.S. There is a [native support|http://atlassian.com] from maven and the
baseline should be able to grab it.
