Done. I’ve removed everything under /site/ and updated our templates to no longer generate a reference to anything that was there. What I did not do is remove the header from each page that still wanted to render that link to /site/ but if someone cares about that, feel free to do so (it affects a little over 200 pages).
I also removed all references that referred to the transition from the Confluence CMS to Apache CMS from the home page.
