FYI, I just manually deployed DM4 (r3) to the Apache Maven Felix Staging
Repository, in [1].
So, if you use a local nexus, you can create a proxy to [1], and I think that
you will then be able to build deployment admin with dm4.
I did not yet click on the "Release" button, because I first need to check with
Marcel if I can do this (so, for now, dm4 is not in maven central, only in our
loca Felix staging repository).
