Description:
As describe in the site, this plugin mirrors action of maven-resources-plugin
to include resource in the bundle.
Default beaviour is ignore empty dir in the resource folder, but while in
maven-resources-plugin can be configure by option includeEmptyDirs to include
them, here no way to include them expect add an empty file (not included in the
default exclude list as .gitignore) README.TXT.
