it has been released the 13, november and is available from our release repo [1] and I don't see any news about it from [2], and from the downlaod page from [3] [1] https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/felix/ [2] http://felix.apache.org/news.html [3] http://felix.apache.org/downloads.cgi that's probably why you did not see it when doing the report.
