It still says "Implementation of the OSGi Metatype Service Specification 1.2"
while it now actually supports the spec 1.3 (see FELIX-4687).
The wrong description from the pom.xml
(https://github.com/apache/felix/blob/trunk/metatype/pom.xml#L34) is also
ending up in the manifest for that bundle.
