When no Configuration Admin configuration exists for the Memoryusage plugin
static default values are displayed. In addition the dump interval time is
documented to be given seconds with a default value of 6h, while the displayed
values would 6h in milliseconds (or 6000h in seconds).
As the metatype is dynamically generated anyway, the default values should
actually be derived from the currently configured values as provided by the
either the static defaults or the configuration provided from the framework
properties.
