Unfortunately, utils has a dependency on core 4.1.0, which is older than the
current 6.0.0. I tried replacing 4.1.0 with 6.0.0, but it does not compile.
Therefore, this update is creating a dependency on core 4.1.0.
I think we should abandon after all until the core in utils gets updated. :-(
