This code is broken (cannot compile) now with the release of FELIX-5613 to
osgiR7/scr codebase. The following imports need to be added back to get it to
compile:
import org.osgi.service.cm.ConfigurationException;
import org.osgi.service.cm.ManagedService;
I'm going to go ahead and do that while fixing FELIX-5628 in the osgiR7/scr
codebase, but it is unclear to me if that will re-introduce FELIX-5613
