[~puce], I refined our java9 support as part of FELIX-5710. It still mostly
address the packages available from the system bundle and the issue mentioned
by [~msadowski]. Clearly, you had more advanced ideas (according to your
comment above). Just wanted to point out what that you might want to look at
the changes in FELIX-5710.
