I think I'm getting closer to have what I want implemented.
With the current snapshot, I at least by and large pass the r6 ct using:
java --add-opens=java.base/jdk.internal.loader=ALL-UNNAMED
There are 3 failing tests but one is a known ct bug and another one is related
to the ct not expecting java9 - hence, only one seems like it really is
failing. I have to investigate that last one some more but I think we are in a
much better shape now.
