In order to use the whiteboard target in a meaningful manner, it would make
sense, to set custom properties in a configuration to the HttpRuntimeService as
well.
This can be achieved by forwarding all properties, that are no known
configuration properties or by defining some kind of prefix, similar to the
HttpWhiteboardConstants.HTTP_WHITEBOARD_CONTEXT_INIT_PARAM_PREFIX. The prefix
solution should then be added to the runtime properties without the prefix.
