The systemready servlet selects a servlet context that is available in felix
http service btu not in karaf:
osgi.http.whiteboard.context.select=(osgi.http.whiteboard.context.name=org.osgi.service.http)
This causes the servlet to be unavailable. We need to find a way that works in
karaf (pax web) as well as in felix httpservice.
