Due to Apache release policy updates, we should not supply anymore MD5 checksum
when signing release candidates.
For DM, the signStaging task in the release/build.gradle should then be updated
accordingly, and the DM check_staged_release.sh should not check anymore MD5
checksum.
It seems that the SHA-1 checksum should also not be supplied but I see that
they are still supplied by the other felix sub projects. So, for the moment,
let's only remove MD5 checksum.
