Description:
Telnet server is available from gogo-telnet but not from gogo-jline.
I mostly adapt code from
felix/gogo/jline/src/test/java/org/apache/felix/gogo/jline/telnet/Telnet.java
Command line usage are compatible with gogo-telnet.
