Fix For: http.jetty-4.0.10
Right now the felix.http.jetty bundle embeds most of its dependencies,
including commons fileupload and all the jetty bundles.
While this is very convenient, it prevents some use cases, especially updating
the jetty version without touching the felix implementation.
