While adopting felix health checks the directory /systemready was deleted from
trunk.
This is not good as we still use it and have people asking for documentation. I
also got an issue where I might need to deliver a bugfix.
So I am reviving the directory and will not in the directory that this project
is in maintenance mode. So people know that new features should go into felix
health checks.
