If you upload a bundle through the web console UI, it has a "smart detection"
whether this is an update or an install of a new bundle. If a bundle with the
same BSN exists, it will be updated. If there is more than one bundle with the
same BSN, the one with the highest version will be used.
This prevents updating the bundle with the lower BSN through the UI.
We should add a button next to the bundle (like we already have for refresh,
remove etc.) which allows to update exactly this bundle.
