Fix For: webconsole-4.4.2
The Apache Sling OSGi Installer Console plugin has a nice plugin for the
webconsole which displays the configuration in JSON format (following the OSGi
Configurator format).
We should provide a link from the configurations page to that plugin, if the
plugin is available
