Resolution: Fixed
The project now builds using bndtools 5.0.1.
I had to adapt the annotation runtime, because something changed in the
bndtools class scanner: Annotations with Character attributes are now parsed
differently by bnd parser ...
See JSONMetaData.java in dm runtime project.
