Thanks Karl, I'm relieved by your message because it's a long time I got no
news about this issue, and I think all is in place to go for a release:
declarative service works, etc ...
So, I'll submit a first PR for this Jira (it will contain the FELIX-5860 patch
currently attached to this issue).
I'll also create another Jira because I need to add another small patch for the
support of substrate-vm/native image.
