Description: As Quartz scheduler is not usable in small IoT gateways. For
the case the quartz bundle is not available, a simple default mechanism for
evaluating cron expressions should become active. (was: As Quartz scheduler is
not usable in small IoT gateways, we should try to replace it with tiny cron
schedulers.)
