The links to changes on the site [http://felix.apache.org/downloads.cgi] all
point SVN in the form of
[http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/felix/releases/org.apache.felix.framework-7.0.0/doc/changelog.txt]
which leads to a 404.
Due to the move to GitHub these links should be something like
[https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/blob/org.apache.felix.framework-7.0.0/framework/doc/changelog.txt]
