Grzegorz Grzybek commented on FELIX-6389:
-----------------------------------------
OSGi specs and probably entire Alliance has moved to Eclipse:
https://blog.osgi.org/2020/10/announcement-of-transition-to-eclipse.html
So now, when Eclipse controls/supports/maintains/takes care of both JakartaEE
and OSGi, maybe this is a beginning of beautiful friendship?
> add support for servlet 5.0 (tomcat 10)

> because tomcat 10 had to switch the packages from javax.* to jakarta.\*, imo
> webconsole cannot be used on tomcat 10. it uses
> org.osgi.service.http.HttpService from osgi.cmpn 6.0.0 which does not support
> jakarta.\* servlet classes. i was not even able to find osgi.cmpn that would
> have org.osgi.service.http.HttpService with support for jakarta.* servlet
> classes.
