HC core is holding service references and whenever a check is executed
(periodically) it fetches the service from the service registry and releases
afterwards
While this pattern is fine, the checks in the generalchecks module are
implemented as DS components (ok as well) - however due to the above pattern,
on every check execution DS needs to run the full activation/deactivation cycle
for the component - which is unnecessary if these are made immediate.
