So it's merged (https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/pull/105) and released ( 
https://dlcdn.apache.org/felix/org.apache.felix.healthcheck.generalchecks-2.0.14.jar)
 - if no work is left I always unassign issues in JIRA in my projects to ensure 
this is clear... but maybe here it would have been beneficial to leave the 
assignee to keep it transparent who fixed it (can leave the assignee the next 
time)
