Rakesh Kumar commented on FELIX-6632: ------------------------------------- I get your point, IMO the current exports from http.bridge bundle should remain as they are. I saw an article(I don't remember the source) mentioning that Felix will do away with the embedding of the spec/api packages and exporting those, rather the packages from spec/api bundles will be consumed. May be on the similar lines http.bridge should consume the http.wrappers package from v6.0 onwards. Rest, you are the best judge here :) > Separate wrappers into its own module for reuse > ----------------------------------------------- > > Key: FELIX-6632 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-6632 > Project: Felix > Issue Type: New Feature > Components: HTTP Service > Reporter: Carsten Ziegeler > Assignee: Carsten Ziegeler > Priority: Major > Fix For: http.base-5.1.0, http.bridge-5.1.0, http.jetty-5.1.0, > http.wrappers-1.0.0 > > > The servlet api wrappers help in transitioning from the javax.servlet to the > jakarta.servlet api. We should make this available as a separate module. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010)
