The release process is outlined here:
https://felix.apache.org/documentation/development/release-management-nexus.html
Any Apache Felix committer can start the process and call for a vote.

Hi,
Ok, that's clear then.
Seeing that stbischof merged the PR, how does publishing the artifact to OSSRH
works?
Who initiates the vote process?
Thanks,
Paul

Subject: Re: Bnd 7.0.0 status
Hi,
yes, for most projects we switched to the bnd maven plugin.
Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with using the maven-bundle-plugin
or updating it to a new bnd version. I am sure there is still a large user base
out there.

Hi,
What do use for alternative,
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/biz.aQute.bnd/bnd-maven-plugin?
Still, for folks (like me) still using the maven-bundle-plugin, it would be
nice to offer the new version with bnd 7.0.0.
Regards,
Paul

Hi Paul,
sounds good to me - although I'm not really using that plugin anymore.

Hi,
What do others feel about releasing
https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/pull/322<https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/pull/322>
as a new major version? It seems it's stuck on someone giving the final go on it.
I have been using it for a while in a forked maven-bundle-plugin and haven't
encountered any issues up until now. It resolves using multi release jars in
osgi bundles, like Jersey 3.1.x.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Paul
