In https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-6750, we moved to EE11 and Jetty
12.1.9.
This issue asks to also maintain a EE10 compatible version, but then based on
Jetty 12.1.x.
It will follow Jetty 12 1.2.x versioning to signal to update from Jetty 12.0.x
to 12.1.x.
