1. Create a group with 2 clients. Meeting start date as 01 Feb 2017 and monthly 
meeting.
2. Click on Bulk JLG loan and provide submit and expected disbursement date as 
01 January 2017(prior to meeting start date 01 Feb 2017). 
>If you submit , it's not throwing any validation error.
