Summary: Modify Application is not working if you provide 'Repaid

Fix For: 1.1.0
1. Create any loan product with monthly repayment.
2. Create a loan application with this loan product. Before submitting loan
application, provide 'Repaid Every' as 1 month on first Tuesday. and then
submit it.
3. On next page, click on 'Modify Application' and just try to submit it again.
>Unable to submit the loan.
